CONCEPT

The project for this house involves becoming a shareholder of a company that will own number 55, enabling you in turn to benefit from the use of the property along with the other shareholders, according to an allocation based on the percentage of ownership. For example, a share representing 1/8 of the shares will provide you with six (6) weeks of use spread over each season. The distribution is randomly allocated the first year and changes with each subsequent year so that all shareholders can occupy the residence on all the dates of the year. A rental service is also available, if you do not occupy all the weeks reserved for you. The unallocated four (4) weeks will be leased and will benefit the company's treasury.

FACILITIES AND SERVICES

This residence is delivered turn-key and includes all necessary amenities and facilities required for a tourist residence (see below for a detailed description of the residence and its facilities)

A service is also available for housekeeping, landscaping, snow removal, spa maintenance, etc.

PROFITABILITY

Moreover, by becoming co-owner of the residence, you will benefit from a capital gain over time, as well as the reimbursement of capital.

Location

- From Québec City, follow the signs for Highway 138 East to Sainte-Anne de Beaupré and Baie-Saint-Paul

- At Baie-Saint-Paul, take the right exit towards Highway 362 East and the Isle-aux-Coudres (Les Éboulements). The exit is located near Motel Chez Georges, on the edge of town.

- Continue accross the city of Baie-Saint-Paul and stay on Highway 362 in the direction of Les Éboulements (Hwy 362) for about 6 kilometers.

- The Domaine entrance is on the right.

- Continue along the road Chemin du Domaine Charlevoix and turn left on Rue de la Corniche

- The house is on your right at number 55
